Comfortable Stay with a View
We enjoyed our family getaway in a classic room with an amazing view of the Old City. Despite a few whiffs of smoke at times, the room was cozy, and we appreciated the proximity to local restaurants. Book an upper floor for the best views!

The staff were incredibly kind and attentive.
During my stay, I encountered a disturbing issue with unpleasant smells in my room. While I understand this is permissible in the hotel, it really detracted from my enjoyment of the stay.

Unfortunately, we encountered a cockroach in our room, which was quite off-putting. Additionally, both breakfast and dinner at the Zaafran restaurant fell short. the dinner felt overpriced at 160 shekels per person and lacked taste. Breakfast options were basic and uninspired, and the coffee machines didn’t cut it. Even though the room itself looked good, these culinary disappointments overshadowed the stay.

Couples looking for a nice getaway
The staff were friendly, especially at the front desk where Bshara and Amjad offered genuine assistance and were always smiling. I even had a special request for an extra bed, and it was handled swiftly without any hassle.
It wasn't exactly inexpensive, but still reasonable.

The mouthwatering salads at the hotel bar had me swooning, a perfect prelude to my culinary adventures! The friendly staff made every moment feel special, and the wellness area was an oasis. Talk about relaxation!
However, a slight bummer was the occasional whiff of smoke wafting in from nearby rooms. I get that it’s part of the vibe, but not my favorite touch.
